Pilates Group Class (Night Class)

Pilates exercise uses few kinds of equipments which designed to strengthen muscle tissues and improve core strength. Pilates equipments can be precisely fine-tuned according to the level of the practitioner. It emphasizes the control and precision of muscle tissues combining with correct breathing techniques and coordinates the movement of the whole body. It is helpful for post-injury recovery. It is very suitable for those who want to get started easily and achieve results in shorter period.

 

Instructions for students to attend class:

⑴If there are more than 3 people, the class will start. If there are less than 3 people, the system will automatically cancel the class.
⑵ Please arrive at the classroom 10 minutes early
⑶Set your mobile phone to silent or vibrate during class time. If there are calls that must be answered, please go outside the classroom to answer them.

⚠️If students are in an emergency and are unable to attend class, please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel or change the appointment time. The system will automatically enable invalid changes within 24 hours.
