Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the most fundamental yoga, as known as the foundation of yoga. We can learn to control our body, focus on our body alignment, our breathing and come into meditation through this type of yoga. It brings and guides our body to a stable, quiet and comfortable posture to calm our body and mind. At the same time, Hatha Yoga also includes flow, such as Sun Salutation and Moon Salutation. It is very suitable for beginners to learn, and then gradually practising other yoga in depth.

 

Instructions for students to attend class:

⑴If there are more than 3 people, the class will start. If there are less than 3 people, the system will automatically cancel the class.
⑵ Please arrive at the classroom 10 minutes early
⑶Set your mobile phone to silent or vibrate during class time. If there are calls that must be answered, please go outside the classroom to answer them.

⚠️If students are in an emergency and are unable to attend class, please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel or change the appointment time. The system will automatically enable invalid changes within 24 hours.
