Aerial Yoga
Description

Aerial yoga, also known as "anti-gravity yoga". Aerial yoga uses silk hammock to cooperate with gravity combining with strength and flexibility to create various set of flow and postures. It can help to overcome the anxiety of suspension and improve your courage. It improves body posture with long term practise and helps the body to build muscle memory. Moreover, it provides overall physical and mental benefits.

Our studio provides different difficulty levels of classes by allowing both beginners and intermediates to select the class which suits them. Welcome to those seeking to learn challenging aerial poses!

 

 

Instructions for students to attend class:

⑴If there are more than 3 people, the class will start. If there are less than 3 people, the system will automatically cancel the class.
⑵ Please arrive at the classroom 10 minutes early
⑶Set your mobile phone to silent or vibrate during class time. If there are calls that must be answered, please go outside the classroom to answer them.

⚠️If students are in an emergency and are unable to attend class, please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel or change the appointment time. The system will automatically enable invalid changes within 24 hours.
