Wheel Yoga
Description

The yoga wheel serves as a very good aid equipment in our daily yoga practice. The benefits of using yoga wheel in practising yoga include increasing our body flexibility, relaxing our neck muscles, enhancing our blood circulation, and helping to soothe nerves. Suitable for office workers, beginners and yogis who like learn challenging poses.

 

Instructions for students to attend class:

⑴If there are more than 3 people, the class will start. If there are less than 3 people, the system will automatically cancel the class.
⑵ Please arrive at the classroom 10 minutes early
⑶Set your mobile phone to silent or vibrate during class time. If there are calls that must be answered, please go outside the classroom to answer them.

⚠️If students are in an emergency and are unable to attend class, please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel or change the appointment time. The system will automatically enable invalid changes within 24 hours.
